Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the unused adhesive or supplies in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  • 3.
    Ship Items Back

    Send your return package to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery and processing.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply store credit within 5-7 business days.
